At EFF, we understand that this can be a daunting task. Depending on the size of your company’s activities and your industry, there may be numerous data points to collect and numerous reporting requirements to understand. This is where our consultants can help!
Whether you use the EU Taxonomy Navigator, a reporting software, or manage it yourself, the process generally includes the following, and EFF can help you each step of the way:

Taxonomy Alignment
There are six key objectives of the EU Taxonomy:
To be Taxonomy aligned, a company’s activity must meet four conditions:
It must make a significant contribution to at least one of the six environmental objectives.
It must do no significant harm to any of the other five objectives.
It must meet the minimum social safeguards established by international conventions.
It must comply with the Technical Screening Criteria (TSC) laid out in the Delegated Acts which follow the original legislation and its amendment. Thus far, only the first two objectives have had their TSC adopted.
